Wet and wild fitness

When the sun is blazing, sometimes the best way to squeeze in some exercise is to hit the pool! In addition to keeping you cool, the water allows for a greater range of motion, and can help with balance, strength and coordination for kids with a wide range of abilities. 

One of our pediatric physical therapists has picked out some great water activities that will work for a range of ages – check them out, and try to squeeze a few of these exercises into your next trip to the pool or the lake.
