A watermelon sandwich? Sounds weird right? We were just as surprised when we figured out it was so good!
- 4 thin slices of watermelon (with rinds removed, if you prefer)
- 4 tablespoons of crumbled goat or feta cheese, or Greek yogurt
- Put two slices of watermelon on a plate.
- Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of the cheese or yogurt, then top with a watermelon slice.
That’s it! Seems too simple not to give it a try, huh?
