Rainbow Fruit Cup

Do you want to know what a rainbow tastes like? Well, load up on summertime fruits to find out! 

What You’ll Need: 

  1. Red grapes
  2. Blueberries
  3. Bananas (or pineapples)
  4. Clementines
  5. Strawberries
  6. Clear cups 

Instructions: 

  1. Cut up each fruit.
  2. Place the fruit in cups based on the colors of the rainbow (grapes, blueberries, bananas (or pineapples), clementines, strawberries). 

NOTE: Make sure fruit is sliced appropriately for your child’s needs. Grapes in whole form or sliced into rounds can be a choking risk.
