Don’t be surprised if you let out a growl because you want more of this yummy snack! Switch up the nut butter for your favorite variety.
Children may need help with some of the slicing in this recipe.
What You’ll Need:
- Rice cake
- Peanut butter (or other nut butter or spread of your choice)
- Chocolate chips
- Chocolate covered raisins
Step 1: Spread peanut butter on one side of the rice cake.
Step 2: Have an adult help slice the banana into round slices. Place two slices across from each other at the top of the rice cake, with half of each slice hanging off the edge of the rice cake (see above photo). Place one banana slice in the middle of the rice cake.
Step 3: Place two chocolate chips above the center banana slice for your bear’s eyes. Place one chocolate covered raisin on top of and toward the top of the banana slice in the middle of the rice cake for your bear’s nose.
Step 4: Enjoy your snack with a growl and a glass of cold milk!
