For Musical Performers Interested in Visiting Mott

University of Michigan Health, along with the Child and Family Life Department, value and welcome community musical performers interested in visiting Mott. We have a variety of options that help us meet our patients' needs and accessibility.

In-person performances

  • We hold a weekly concert series in our butterfly garden and main lobby every Friday at noon. We welcome those who are interested in performing once or regularly.

Virtual pre-recorded and live performances

  • If you are interested in recording an at-home performance and sending it to us, we can include it in our Music Monday Series that we broadcast on our internal TV system every week. Music Monday is a weekly show filled with various performances from community artists filmed both at home and in our Sophie’s Place recording studio.
  • If you are interested in coming to visit, livestreaming a performance from our Sophie’s Place recording space is also an option. We have a variety of music shows that we livestream and pre-record throughout the week.

Special events

  • If you have an idea of your own and or are interested in participating in a specific event or program, please email [email protected] directly.
