University of Michigan Health, along with the Child and Family Life Department, value and welcome community musical performers interested in visiting Mott. We have a variety of options that help us meet our patients' needs and accessibility.
In-person performances
- We hold a weekly concert series in our butterfly garden and main lobby every Friday at noon. We welcome those who are interested in performing once or regularly.
Virtual pre-recorded and live performances
- If you are interested in recording an at-home performance and sending it to us, we can include it in our Music Monday Series that we broadcast on our internal TV system every week. Music Monday is a weekly show filled with various performances from community artists filmed both at home and in our Sophie’s Place recording studio.
- If you are interested in coming to visit, livestreaming a performance from our Sophie’s Place recording space is also an option. We have a variety of music shows that we livestream and pre-record throughout the week.
Special events
- If you have an idea of your own and or are interested in participating in a specific event or program, please email [email protected] directly.
