Our pharmacy is staffed by a team of highly trained technicians, pharmacists and clinical pharmacy specialists, including seven pediatric clinical pharmacists dedicated to the following specialties:
- Neonatal Intensive Care
- Pediatric Intensive Care
- Hematology/Oncology/BMT
- Surgery
- Infectious Disease
- General Pediatrics/Nephrology/Pulmonary
- Anesthesia/Pain
We use cutting-edge technologies to assure that medications are being dispensed in a safe and accurate manner, and we provide drug therapy consultation, education and other services to medical and clinical staff, patients and families, and pharmacists of the future.
Our inpatient pharmacy operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our outpatient pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is located on the first floor of University Hospital, near the main entrance, and can be reached by calling 734-936-8260.
