Biography
George B. Mychaliska, M.D. is currently an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. He earned his Medical Degree and Masters of Science from the Joint Medical Program at the University of California at San Francisco and Berkeley. He completed his General Surgery residency and Fetal Surgery fellowship at UCSF. Dr. Mychaliska completed his Pediatric Surgery fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. He is board certified in Pediatric Surgery and General Surgery. Dr. Mychaliska's practice encompasses all aspects of pediatric surgery. His clinical areas of interest and expertise are prenatal diagnosis and fetal surgery. Dr. Mychaliska's research interests include prenatal diagnosis and therapy, pulmonary development, and congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
